::This hotel is located in the busiest area of the city. Truly speaking, if you have works in Motijheel area and you want to beat the traffic as long as you have work then this hotel is one of the best choice for you. Rent seemed little over the top but I presume it's ok considering its location. There are lots of space for improvement. Lots of clients complained about the passage as well as the toilet. I hope the hotel management takes all the suggestions seriously and do the needful.

::Some Japanese guest complained in weblogs they didn't keep baggage after check-out, but they have improved that and moreover give us baggage tag. Room was not bad, though bathroom hadn't been cleaned up. A certain staff demanded tip, even though he only put towel,soap,and toilet paper ...which is prepared in advance.
