::An old fashioned mosque with six feet by six feet pillars. Now a days, ground floor is mostly air conditioned. A highly reputed Islamic School (Madrasa) is attached here. A big pond is at the west of the mosque. Lalmatia is an expensive (land price) area in Dhaka but this mosque acquired pretty large area. This mosque is nearly four hundred years old.
