  they did not keep their words. they told see view room at cox's bazaar but we did not get that going over there.

  Embarrassing experience: I had hotel reservation from them but later I found slum view instead of sea view; The washer, shower of the attached washroom of the room was out of order. Most importantly ticket shala gave a contact name of the hotel Auster Eco named as Kalam. After calling several time, I have not found him visible in front of me. He was always hiding his presence. Don't pay this ticket shala before getting your service.
