  Great hotel... There is a lift and an elevator. There are two times security check up process. One of the best hotel. The room space is such big and is nice... There is a sofa at the ground floor and the place is so neat and clean. There is a waterfall beside the elevator. There is also a canteen at the ground floor. The lift is so big that it can hold up many person. There are two projectors and the display is do so nice. The washroom has a electric hand blower and is so nice. There is everything. There is also seal falling... this should be given 5 stars.

  Westin is one of the best places to stay in Dhaka. I found the hotel very well maintained and friendly staff.The view from the hotel is the city skyline. Breakfast spread is decent and has enough live counters. The service levels however can be better, we expect the best service levels from a place like Westin and it was rather disappointing to note gaps in their service levels.
