  It is well decorated and they have a associated payment section where you can pay for your ticket. However, I felt that the staff wasn't that much polite in terms of behavior. However, most of them are helpful.

  Customer service by email is very bad. Cabin service mostly acceptable

  It's wonderful office. They provide customers with very good facilities, ticket change and new tickets can be cut easily
