::Grameen Phone is one of the leading and market leader Telephone Communication company in Bangladesh. In short we used to call Grameen Phone as GP. Their network is situated in Whole Bangladesh. Their customer care is also very good and it is also quite reachable. The negative part is waiting time. which is really painful. Either they should increase their customer care point or they should increase employee to reduce customer waiting time. overall it's good.
