  Not professional at all. My experience was horrible here. Save urself the trouble, of cursing urself all ur life, by not going here. I got married almost 3 years ago. Ordered a ring for my husband. They were supposed to deliver within 2 weeks that eventually took them 2 months. I had to call them so many times that at one point i felt guilty for doing so. And they behaved like they were paying me to do something to get the ring on time. When eventually i did get the ring-The design was so awfully opposite of what i wanted that i wanted to throw it away. But it was too late to even do that. My wedding was a few days away and in fear of not having a ring for the wedding i accepted what they had presented; i had no choice since i had already paid full amount. The ring itself was poorly made albeit the design. The diamond was placed in a hole cut in the ring with no holders what so ever. Last year, after our 1st anniversury the diamond fell somewhere and since then my husband has been wearing a ring with a square hole in it. I called them once when i was in the country to get it fixed but they said their service doesnt cover it. And honestly i dont know if i can trust them with another diamond. Not only did their clumsy make cause me to lose huge amount of money, they ruined a special day with a clumsy looking ring as well. No one bothered to apologise or take responsibility for the mistake they made. Now here i am trying to get it fixed in a foreign land, where it is going to cost me hundreds of dollar if not more. Always cursing the day i was taken to that place by a friends sister.

  They have a wide array of Diamond jewellery available with different price range. They offer discounts if you purchase with some particular bank's credit cards such as SCB, EBL, Amex etc. However, one important thing is, the staffs do not tend to mention about discounts unless you do (for which I am giving them a 4 star).
