  Worst banking experience in recent times. They took 2.5 hours to clear a 15,000 Tk. Check. First I stood in line of withdrawal, then they said to clear check you have to go there. Then, they said for other branches check go there. Finally the lady who was super slow and irresponsible, asked for my ID photo copy, I know transaction over 20K require ID. When I argue she asked me to give my signature and cell no. The checks then goes to another people, few minutes later he found the lady instead of crediting did debited to the account, and she is gone for the lunch. After few minutes another man came and reposted my check and asked for my ID again and said he would not clear my check without ID, so I had to go to the nearest market to do the photo copy, then had to stand line again where they gave me money at last.
