  United Commercial Bank Ltd (UCB) is a private sector commercial bank in Bangladesh.It is a popular Non Government bank.The Bank was incorporated on 26 June 1983. The government owns shares in the bank. They have total 47 branches situated at Dhaka district in Bangladesh.Upay is a digital payment system owned by United Commercial Bank Limited (UCB), Bangladesh. Upay has been implemented to promote cashless and universal i.e. anytime-anywhere payments using mobile phones in Bangladesh. For the first time ever in Bangladesh,they start this digital payment system.
