  Very popular laptop and pc seller in Bangladesh. There inside is fully decorated by many kinds of different laptops, which is looking so nice. In the startech laptop and pc price is something low than Ryans Computer. So i think, if ryans computer eant get more customer, then they should consider about pricing plan.

  Ask for Anowar (salesperson). I have always had the best service from Ryans from him. Good products, good aftersales service. Plus if you can properly tell exactly what you will use it for, he will look out for you. Many years dealing with them, and I can say they definitely better than the rest.

  Very bad in service. I have send my laptop to them that was not functioning properly. They received my laptop and told me that they will call me within 1 day. but I have got no response.10 days passed . When I called them. they informed me they have not yet checked my laptop. Be aware about their service. Selling complete -- responsibility finishes

  রায়ানসের সার্ভিস সেন্টারের সার্ভিসে আমি মোটেও খুশি নই। সার্ভিস সেন্টারের লোকদের আচার ব্যবহারও বেশ খারাপ। ২০১১তে আমার পিসিতে প্রবলেম হচ্ছিল, সার্ভিস সেন্টার থেকে বলল মাদারবোর্ড নষ্ট। নতুন মাদারবোর্ডের সাথে সাথে নতুন র‍্যাম এবং ডিভিডি রাইটার কেনা লাগলো। তবুও সমস্যা সমাধান হয় নি। পরে দেখা গেল কেসিং এর সাথে মাদারবোর্ডের শর্ট সার্কিট হচ্ছে। আমার বিশাল টাকা খরচ হল। অতঃপর রায়ানস থেকে ২০১৫তে কেনা ল্যাপটপে ১ মাসের মাঝেই প্রবলেম দেখা দিলে আমি ওয়ারেন্টি ক্লেইম করি। ব্যাটারি চেঞ্জ করা লাগবে বলে ০৩ মাস আমার ল্যাপটপ আটকে রাখল। কিছুদিন আগে ঐ একই ল্যাপটপ স্টার্ট হতে প্রবলেম হচ্ছে দেখে তাদের দ্বারস্থ হই। আমার ধারনা র‍্যাম লুজ হয়ে আছে। সরঞ্জাম থাকলে আমি নিজেই সারানোর চেষ্টা করতাম। টোটাল চার্জ ৩০০০টাকার মত হতে পারে যদি কোন পার্টস কিনতে না হয় বলে আমায় জানানো হয়েছে। কিন্তু এক সপ্তাহেও আমাকে ল্যাপটপ ঠিক করে জানানো হচ্ছে না এবং সম্ভাব্য তারিখ পর্যন্তও তারা বলছেনা।
