  5 star rating hotel, good service. but they have lack of professionalism. I saw they install wire with ladder in front of some foreign guest doing meeting. over all they are good.

  It's a five star hotel located close to airport. Management is bit too concerned about security, the funny thing thing is.... you will feel like you are getting in a army's Barack. Other facilities are good but little bit explosive. I like the swimming pool it's really nice and peaceful.

  Although its a 7 star hotel but stars allowed here are only 5. Never stayed here but i know they have great honeymoon suits. Another thing is that they are spacious they have the best decoration of all the hotels in Dhaka. The food is terrible though just letting you know. Never enjoyed the buffets.

  Overall environment was good. Price is too high compared to the taste of the food. Burger tasted really bad and couldn't finish it though. Fish n Chips was good. Ordered from pool side restaurant.
