  I was extremely disappointed. Please do not go to this salon - they ruined my hair. I've never had to write a bad review, but I couldn’t help myself. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

  On 28th My daughter went on the occassion of her Gaye Holud. Her Mom & sister was also went togather. After they came back they were looking like monkeys. None appreciated. Horrible. Just making money.

  Persona is reputed and popular for their expertise for make-over... so if you don't mind looking like someone else, you can totally go there and they will get the job done... for hair grooming - those who have long hair, will be happy with whatever theoretical haircut they provide... but if you are someone who loves experimenting with hair and have short hair, don't go in there there, they will ruin it... but their facial and spa etc service is really good... ohh... they suck at eyebrow shaping when you have a critical pair of eyebrows... however, in this particular branch in Banani 11, near the Banani-Gulshan connecting bridge, above Banani Shwapno @ WBC tower, you will find them very cordial, caring, smiling and dynamic...
