::Jagannath University is one of the reputed Public Universities of Bangladesh which is situated in Sadarghat, Dhaka. It became a complete university at 2005. There are six faculties and two institutions in Jagannath University. And also 36 departments are running at this University. Currently, the second campus for this University is under construction where the area is Approx. 200 acres near Keraniganj, Dhaka.

::No doubt it's One of the oldest Educational centre of Bangladesh. I was complete my Study B.Sc(hons) from Jagannath University. Yesterday I was visit & feel very bad to see it's environment. So worst, not clean, no open field or play ground for students, authority make that one University Bus Park. Water in every where, Broken glasses, people eat & through one time plate here & there. Be honest after declared University it's environment day by day going down.
