  They have enough equipments and trainers are always available. Shower rooms are quite well maintained. They have total two floors. Stuffs are quite friendly and helpful. Place is quite secured. This is probably the best gym in Banani and Gulshan area.

  Equipment is alright. Big floor space. Wish they had parking. Does not have enough locks and keys for locker. Trainers aren't too proactive when it comes to helping "everyone" and selectively stick to certain clients.

  I would like to share my experience about Hammer Strength Fitness Gym that if my friend Nayel didn't push me to join this gym I would had missed a new look over of my body. But special thanks goes out to my trainer Mr. Saif whose been consistently pushing me up to gain weight as well as my body muscle.

  It's a good place to exercise as all the equipment are well maintained and trainers are well behaved. However prices are high, it's basically a high end subscription gym.
